I Fondatori sono la Marina Militare Italiana, che provvederà all’equipaggio di Nave Italia
e lo Yacht Club Italiano.
La Fondazione è retta da un Consiglio d’Amministrazione nominato, per la sua
maggioranza, dai Fondatori. Altri membri sono scelti tra i Promotori Benemeriti
Un comitato Scientifico propone il progetto terapeutico, educativo e formativo
e lo gestisce nello spirito dei principi ispiratori della Fondazione e con l’approvazione
del C.d.A.

The Founders of Tender To Nave Italia are the Italian Navy, who provide the crew of the ship and the Italian Yacht Club. 

The Foundation is advised by the Board of Directors, a majority of whom are nominated by the  Founders.  Other members are chosen by the Promotori Benemeriti (Premium Sponsors.)

A Scientific Committee proposes the therapeutic, educational and training projects of the boat and they operate within the spirit of the Foundation’s guiding principles and with the approval of the Board of Directors.
